TU Delft students tell us to focus on our lower fees

Last week two Strategic Product Design Master students came to visit Koos. They follow the course ‘design consultancy practice’ and have to interview a company, analyse it and come up with some recommendations. And although the interview was only 1,5 hours, they drew up a pretty good picture of Koos.

Our key outtake? They advise us to focus more on our lower fees. It is true that we do charge lower fees than the big established agencies, but we hardly ever talk about it. Our method and approach are something that should set us apart from competition, not our price, that’s what we belief.

However, in the current economic climate, it does make sense. We can provide a very good alternative for companies that want to cut prices, but don’t want to compromise on quality. Maybe we should focus more on this message to potential clients…
