Context mapping – Inspiration for development
Context mapping is developed at TUDelft and provides deep, rich and visual consumer insights using generative design techniques. Context mapping uses a three step approach to dig into our subconscious needs. 1) ‘What did I do?’ 2) ‘How did I feel?’ 3) ‘Why did I do it that way?’. During the third step it is where we have most chance of uncovering their true unconscious behavior. The rich and visual material gained during the exercises is used at a later stage team to create real-life persona’s that are the basis of our Creative framework.
Morphological psychology – Certainty for a sound strategy
Morphology is developed at the University of Cologne as a specific marketing research tool and focuses on uncovering the underlying psychological tensions of the participants. These psychological tensions provide us with a framework to structure all insights into a needs map and psychological segments. This needs map is the backbone of our research and provides us with a launchpad for any kind of strategy and development.
