Dutch companies lack a clear vision

According to an international research (article in Dutch) under 3000 managers, only 36% of Dutch companies have an inspiring vision. And that’s a missed opportunity. Big time!

How can a CEO make decisions, a service desk employee talk to customers and a product designer come up with new designs that all tell the same story, create the same experience? How could any company create a consistent customer experience without a shared (brand) vision?

At Koos we help companies to understand their unique strengths and the wishes of their customers and combine these two to create a clear vision. And  even more important, we make sure it lands within the organisation, so everyone in the company knows where they’re going and can contribute from his or her expertise.

And I think that’s particularly important. Don’t tell your employees exactly what they have to do, just hand them the tools and with this shared vision in mind, give employees the freedom to start achieving it. Than you build real innovation power!
