Designing a future proof service for a rapidly changing market.
Result:
For the first time in the history of AEGON a complete customer focused service design project was initiated together with all 4 business units.
With a multidisciplinary team of 30 AEGON employees, reinforced with specialists from within and outside the business, we’ve conducted client safaris, developed a service strategy, created customer journey maps, empathy maps, customer profiles, storyboards and a strong set of ready-to-develop and out-of-the-box concepts, all presented in a visual report and movie.
