Creative problem solving by capitalizing Young KLM talent
Result:
Four times a year young talents are given a stage to be creative and generate solutions for strategic problems within the KLM business, provided by problem owners within upper management. It’s a great way for KLM to capitalize on their young talent and a great way for everyone to step up and help to get KLM to a higher level.
