Woah! Looking back at my first week at Koos makes me realise that time has passed so quick! Almost two months have passed since I started working as a Service Design Consultant and so much has happened. The typical energetic ‘Koos vibe’ has captivated me and since then I have been ‘high on enthusiasm’. This, combined with the fact that Koos has given me a lot of responsibility and trust from day one, resulted in a rollercoaster of new experiences.

In the first week, I was involved in a Customer Journey Workshop at PON, a proposal for Rabobank, and a new business meeting at a large hair dressers chain. This kick-start seemed to be characteristic for working at Koos. From the first week on I have been involved with different projects, in which my creative as well as strategic skills have been challenged. The entrepreneurial atmosphere has given me the room to take initiative in working on the growth of Koos as well. My responsibility for this will be in setting up the Koos Academy.

Nothing is impossible, that is the spirit that gives me the drive at Koos to work and play hard. But most of all, it is the fun and honest atmosphere, the energetic people, the Skyradio Lovesongs karaoke sessions and the drinks at our neighbours ‘the Bierfabriek’ that make me go home with more energy than with which I started the day!
