Everyone takes an A4 and draws the company as an animal and explains his choice and drawing. Use post-its to keep track of specific company strenghts and weaknesses.
3. Determine Brand Pillars – team (5×20 min)
Determine the most important aspects of your brand pillars using post-its in the following sequence; Brand trust, Brand personality, Brand offer, Brand ambition & Brand Essence
4. Finalise & visualise – you
One person condendenses each pillar into a short, catchy title & explanation until all brand pillars together form a strong brand. Visualise your new brandmodel and give your team a tangible copy.
5. Put your brand model into practice
Use your brand model as a guide in everything you do, and you’ll quickly get more focus and consistency in everything you do.
