
Launching a completely new proposition in just 13 weeks? This might sound virtually impossible, but Koos and Aegon rose to the challenge! We gathered a large team containing a whopping 15 disciplines. The design process contained 60 customer safaris, rich customer profiles, an elaborate customer journey, many ideas, multiple concepts, sharp feedback from focus groups and several forms of pretotyping. All of this formed the base for the new proposition, which has been developed to a first working pretotype in 6 weeks.

This MVP (Minimal Viable Proposition) will be developed further in the next couple of months with new iteration steps. Believe it or not, this is not a one-time deal; we are heading towards the fourth proposition that will be developed this way within Aegon. Might we add we are proud of our accomplishments?!
