Speaker: Robbert-Jan van Oeveren, Partner – KoosService Design and co-founder of research platform Contextmapp. Robbert-Jan van Oeveren already knew that he wanted to be an entrepreneur when he was still studying Strategic Product Design at Delft University of Technology. That’s why he co-founded Koos in 2009, a service design agency. Koos helps organisations to build great customer experiences and works for organisations like KLM, Rabobank and Ahold. In 2004 he also co-founded Contextmapp, a software as a service ethnographic research platform, focused on mobile.
