You are invited to join us and other professionals for one of the fun, informative and casual afternoon sessions. During our monthly gatherings, we explore subjects related to service design in practice.

One of Koos’ design consultants decides on the subject and prepares a session, often including short presentation, theory, practical assignment and discussion.

Service Design Masterclass

2-day Class – fixed price

The Service Design Masterclass is a two-day intensive, interactive training developed to boost your innovation skills.

It is a hands-on experience that will inspire professionals from different industries and help them with practical knowledge, tips and methods to design the ultimate customer experience and to transform their organisation for the future. The methodology is set-up in such a way that you’ll be able to implement your learnings directly during your daily work.
