Determine what needs to be done to reach your goals.
What will success and failure mean to your business?
Define a small businessplan if desired

5. Technology (30 min)
Understand/ research the latest online trends, tools and technologies
Now it is time to define if you need a website, blog or App.
It simply depends what fits your strategy best.
