Contextmapping lecture at TU Delft

Busy times at Koos HQ! Yesterday Robbert-Jan presented two customer research cases to roughly 200 students at Delft University of Technology. The course was called ‘context and conceptualisation’, a combined course for the masters Strategic Product Design and Design for Interaction.

It was pretty cool. We explained one case, a contextmapping research case, with the ‘traditional’ paper booklets / diaries. The second case was a research project done with our mobile research app, the Contextmapp. We focused particularly on how the findings from the research can be translated into innovation, instead of handing over a research report, which mostly ends up somewhere in a drawer.
