I’m Ravi, fond of snowboarding, discovering new (electronic) music artists, social media, techical developments and supporting projects and companies about it. Besides this, I’m a graduating intern at Buro Koos.

At Koos i’m focused on the Contextmapp. This spin-off of Koos is a research tool, focussed on capturing the context of the customer’s experiences. The (fully digital) Contextmapp is developed with paper contextmapping booklets in mind. Although function-wise everything works fine, I still believe there is a lot of progress to be made to really stand out. Which is what I’m trying to improve!

Education wise I’m a Human Technology student at The Hague Univeristy of Applied Science. After more than 3 years studying in the Netherlands and abroad I’m proud to be joining the Koos team in my favorite capital, for the next 5 months.

Working at Buro Koos so far was super ranging. It seemed for example that besides being a driven user researcher, I’m also a talented painter ;)!

Although it’s not a 9 to 5 job, the great energy you get from the other members keeps you sharp and energetic till the last minutes. Also the many leisure activites keep you motivated till the end of the week and the easy way of communicating with clients makes Buro Koos a great place to learn and get to know yourself.
